Pickled Shitake are wonderful cold appetizer.

Due to the natural fermentation process under certain conditions fungi accumulate lactic acid and therefore does not require introduction of additional vinegar and preservatives. Traditional spices such as herbs and currant leaf are used.

Perfect to rice, fried and boiled potatoes, fish, meat etc - just add to your plate to diversify other meals.

Ingredients: Shitake, sugar, salt, water, acid regulators, spice, citric and ascorbic acids.
